For the gluten free bread recipe, we will need one and a quarter of gluten free flour that we can buy in the market or online companies for gluten free products, a cup of arrowroot starch, a cup of tapioca flour, half cup of superfine brown rice, a half cup of amaranth flour, a quarter of buttermilk powder, five teaspoons of dry yeast granules, two tablespoon of caraway seeds, a half spoon of onion powder, a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of guar gum. We will also need three eggs, a half cup of olive oil. Add also a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one a quarter of carbonated water.

First, we can take the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix it thoroughly. Second, take another bowl and light the eggs lightly with fork, add olive oil, vinegar, gluten free beer and honey, then mix it. Third, we have to mix the dry ingredients and slowly add the liquid ingredient in the bowl. Beat them until we get thick dough. Beat the dough in high speed until it is thick and smooth. Fourth, take a spatula and slide it between the bowl and dough, then cover the bowl with damp towel for about an hour. Fifth, preheat the oven until 400F. Sixth, take the olive oil and spread it to the casserole dish and put the dough inside.  Bake the Gluten Free Bread Recipe for about 45 minutes and wait until the bread is cool enough to slice it.
